What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the total number of classroom training hours is 7. This is broken down into 1 hour for Camp Margaritaville Procedures FOH (Front of House), 1 hour for Camp Margaritaville Procedures BOH (Back of House), and 3 hours for Camp Margaritaville Procedures Management.

In addition to the classroom training, there is also on-the-job training. The on-the-job training consists of 16 hours for FOH, 8 hours for BOH (which may be reduced by 8 hours for Resorts with very limited or no food service), and 8 hours for management. The classroom and on-the-job training takes place at a Franchisor-selected Margaritaville-branded venue.

Prospective franchisees should note that the listed training hours are for initial training. Camp Margaritaville may also require Resort's Key Personnel and other personnel to participate in regional and national meetings and other brand standard training programs periodically. Franchisees are responsible for all personnel's travel, living and other expenses (including local transportation expenses), and compensation relating to these training programs and conventions.
