Support:

As part of the Services paid for hereunder, Margaritaville will cause the Services Provider to provide the following support as specifically noted herein. Additional support in terms of type or hours is available at an additional fee. For purposes of this provision, Business Hours shall be defined as Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm EST.

Customer Service: Customer Support Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., M-F (MST, excluding holidays)

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, customer support hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (Mountain Standard Time), excluding holidays. This support is part of the services franchisees pay for, and additional support in terms of type or hours is available at an additional fee. For the purposes of the FDD, business hours are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Camp Margaritaville also provides support through its CRS (Central Reservation System) supplier, aiming to ensure the CR System's availability over the Internet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This excludes downtime for maintenance, GDS and Switch outages, telecom provider failures, and events of Force Majeure, as detailed in Attachment B – Service Level Agreement. The CR System includes a Property Management System (PMS), booking engine, and channel manager, connecting to Revenue Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM's) for electronic data transfer.

Camp Margaritaville intends to offer access to a CRM system under the terms of an addendum or schedule. They also provide access to the PMS through its CRS Supplier. Note that additional charges may apply for nonstandard interfaces or technology solutions not provided or preferred by Camp Margaritaville, and system providers may charge interface implementation and maintenance fees. The functionality of the interface depends on the franchisee's system provider's cooperation in receiving and processing data from Camp Margaritaville and its CRS Supplier.
