What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, standard support is provided during specific business hours. These hours are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. This indicates that franchisees can expect a defined window of support availability during the work week.

Camp Margaritaville specifies that additional support beyond these standard hours or in different forms may be available, but it will incur an additional fee. This implies that while basic support is included, franchisees needing extended or specialized assistance will have to budget for these extra costs. It is important for prospective franchisees to assess their potential support needs and factor in these potential additional expenses.

This type of support structure is fairly common in franchising, where franchisors provide a base level of support as part of the franchise agreement, with options for franchisees to purchase additional services as needed. Franchisees should inquire about the costs associated with additional support and what specific services are covered under the standard support agreement to fully understand the level of assistance they can expect from Camp Margaritaville.
