Customer will defend, indemnify and hold Margaritaville and CRM Provider and/or Connection Platform, their officers, contractors, directors, shareholders, agents and employees harmless, including the payment of reasonable attorney's fees, from and against any such actions or violation of such laws or regulations by Customer or any of its agents, officers, directors, shareholders, contractors or employees.
- (vi) Customer's end users are required to provide login information to CRM Provider in order to access the CRM Services. CRM Provider will assign Customer a confidential identification number and password to allow only an authorized officer, partner or principal representative of Customer to manage the Customer account, including requesting additional login information ("Administrative Login"). CRM Provider will provide additional login information for use by end users designated by the Customer, as requested from time to time by Customer through the use of the Administrative Login. Customer is solely responsible to secure, maintain and protect its login information and for all actions authorized or undertaken by an end user. Customer will: (i) protect the confidentiality of all login information, (ii) notify CRM Provider and Margaritaville of any breach of the confidentiality of any login information, and (iii) notify
CRM Provider and Margaritaville if any individual who knows the login information leaves the employment of Customer, is no longer authorized to use the login information or misuses the login information. Customer will not provide login information to any person that is not a user designated by a Customer as set forth herein.

According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the customer (franchisee) is solely responsible for securing, maintaining, and protecting its login information for the CRM Services. This responsibility extends to all actions authorized or undertaken by an end user.
The CRM Provider will assign the Camp Margaritaville franchisee a confidential identification number and password, referred to as the "Administrative Login," which allows an authorized officer, partner, or principal representative of the franchisee to manage the account and request additional login information. The CRM Provider will then provide additional login information for end users designated by the franchisee, as requested through the Administrative Login.
The Camp Margaritaville franchisee has specific obligations regarding login information, including protecting the confidentiality of all login information, notifying both the CRM Provider and Margaritaville of any breach of confidentiality, and informing them if any individual with access to the login information leaves the franchisee's employment, is no longer authorized to use the information, or misuses it. The franchisee is prohibited from providing login information to any person not designated as a user. The franchisee also agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Margaritaville and the CRM Provider harmless from any claims arising from a breach of these login information obligations. This responsibility survives the termination or expiration of the CRM Terms of Use.
