What is the purpose of the Camp Margaritaville System Website?

In addition to the Marketing Program, we will undertake the ongoing development and maintenance of a website for Camp Margaritaville Resorts (and, at our option, other Margaritaville-affiliated hotels) (the "Camp Margaritaville System Website") in consideration for a monthly fee (the "Property Website Package Fee"). We will provide each Camp Margaritaville Resort a separate webpage on the Camp Margaritaville System Website which shall be converted to a "Resort Website" in exchange for your payment of the Property Website Package Fee. In such event, the Resort Website shall be deemed part of the Camp Margaritaville System Website. You must periodically provide us (or our designee) all information and other materials concerning the Resort that we periodically request relating to the Resort Website and promptly notify us whenever any information concerning the Resort on the Resort Website is no longer accurate. By providing Resort-related information and materials, you are representing to us that they are accurate and not misleading and do not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights. We have the final decision about all information or materials appearing on the Camp Margaritaville System Website, including the Resort Website. We own all intellectual property rights and other rights in and to the Camp Margaritaville System Website, including the URL and all information and materials on the Resort Website, the log of "hits" by visitors, and any personal or business data that visitors supply (except as otherwise provided in Item 14), or the Camp Margaritaville System Website obtains. In exchange for your payment of the Property Website Package Fee, and after development and launch, you will be given access to maintain and control your Resort Website on the Camp Margaritaville System Website, under our guidelines and restrictions. We may implement and periodically modify System Standards for the Camp Margaritaville System Website, use the Property Website Package Fee to develop or maintain the Camp Margaritaville System Website and/or its content, and discontinue the Camp Margaritaville System Website and/or any of its content (including separate webpages for participating Camp Margaritaville Resorts) at any time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor will develop and maintain a website for Camp Margaritaville Resorts. In exchange for a monthly fee called the "Property Website Package Fee", each Camp Margaritaville Resort will receive a separate webpage on this website. Once the franchisee pays the fee, the webpage will be converted to a "Resort Website" and be considered part of the overall Camp Margaritaville System Website.
The franchisee must provide Camp Margaritaville with up-to-date and accurate information about their resort for the Resort Website. Camp Margaritaville retains the final say on all content published on the website, including the Resort Website. The franchisor owns all intellectual property rights related to the Camp Margaritaville System Website, including the URL, website content, visitor data, and any personal or business information collected, except as otherwise provided in Item 14.
After paying the Property Website Package Fee, franchisees gain access to manage and control their Resort Website within the Camp Margaritaville System Website, adhering to the franchisor's guidelines and restrictions. Camp Margaritaville can modify the System Standards for the website, use the fees to develop and maintain the website, and even discontinue the website or its content at any time, including individual webpages for resorts.
