The portal provides guests with the ability to search for Camp Margaritaville locations by region or zip code, view property images, amenity listings, ratings, and locations. Camp Margaritaville property management retains control over all rules pertaining to the day passes, including maximum occupancy, pricing, and booking/cancellation windows. They can also customize descriptions and pictures.
Camp Margaritaville franchisees are required to use the day pass booking system provided by RealTime Reservations (RTR). Franchisees must also agree to the Day Pass Program Terms of Use. The franchisee will pay Camp Margaritaville a one-time onboarding and implementation cost of $300 for the RTR booking system, as well as ongoing fees that consist of a 12% commission on revenue produced by the day pass reservation system.
