From whom must I purchase all OS&E for my Camp Margaritaville Resort?

According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you must purchase all OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment) from approved brand suppliers.

Camp Margaritaville estimates that franchisees will purchase 80% of required goods and services from approved or designated suppliers. While there aren't currently specific items you must buy directly from Camp Margaritaville or its affiliates, compliance with the Camp Margaritaville System Standards is mandatory for most products and services. If you want to use a supplier not already approved, you must submit a written request with necessary information and samples for evaluation. Camp Margaritaville will review the request, potentially charging you for the review costs. Approval may depend on factors like quality, quantity, warranties, prices, and the supplier's compliance with Camp Margaritaville's vendor guide. Camp Margaritaville can revoke approval if a supplier fails to meet System Standards and may refuse requests if they prefer to stick with designated sources or specific models/brands deemed critical to the Camp Margaritaville System.
