Margaritaville Enterprises, LLC ("Margaritaville") grants to Customer a limited, nonexclusive, non-sublicensable license to access and use the features ("CRS Services") of Margaritaville's Central Reservations system ("CR System") for Customer's Properties listed on these Central Reservation System Terms of Use ("CRS Terms of Use") as agreed by the parties. Customer may not sublicense the CR System. Access shall be delivered by Margaritaville and its CRS Supplier to Customer in the form of online access to activated accounts on the CR System.
