What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, participation in the Margaritaville Perks Loyalty Program is mandatory for franchisees. The Loyalty Program, named Margaritaville Perks, allows members to redeem awards for stays at Camp Margaritaville Resorts or enjoy Margaritaville-branded products and services.

As a Camp Margaritaville franchisee, you are required to participate in the Loyalty Program and must pay a one-time flat fee of $3,000 to set up your resort on the program. This fee is non-refundable. Additionally, franchisees must agree to the Loyalty Program Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference into the Technology Agreement attached as Exhibit E to the Franchise Agreement.

Mandatory loyalty programs are common in franchising, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors. They aim to create brand loyalty and encourage repeat business across all franchise locations. For Camp Margaritaville, this ensures a consistent customer experience and allows customers to earn and redeem rewards across the entire system. The $3,000 fee is an initial investment to integrate the franchisee's location into the existing Margaritaville Perks infrastructure.
