For the final part of our required initial training program, we will provide to you a task force to assist in onsite pre-opening training for the Resort to occur approximately 30 days prior to opening. That task force may include personnel employed directly by us or personnel from existing Camp Margaritaville Resorts or other Margaritaville-branded venues. We will be responsible for any costs associated with our personnel, while you will be responsible for any other costs relating to the task force, including costs related to personnel from existing Camp Margaritaville Resorts or other Margaritaville-branded venues. The initial training is provided at a Camp Margaritaville Resort or other Margaritaville-branded venue that is mutually agreed upon. This training should be completed no later than 30 days prior to opening.

The franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with the trainees, including wages, salaries, housing, travel-related expenses, and per diem charges, subject to a mutually agreed-upon budget. However, the franchisee is not responsible for costs or expenses related to the training venue or the venue's employees.

Camp Margaritaville also provides a task force to assist in onsite pre-opening training for the Resort approximately 30 days prior to opening. The task force may include personnel employed directly by Camp Margaritaville or personnel from existing Camp Margaritaville Resorts or other Margaritaville-branded venues. If the franchisee is unable to demonstrate compliance with Camp Margaritaville's System Standards after 14 days of training, the trainers may stay longer until compliance is achieved. In such cases, the franchisee will be required to pay $500 per day per trainer for each additional day, in addition to the task force's additional expenses associated with their extended stay.

Camp Margaritaville requires that Resort personnel complete all pre-opening training to their satisfaction before opening or beginning operation of the Resort under the Camp Margaritaville Intellectual Property.
