What happens to the Terms of Use agreement if the Camp Margaritaville Branding Agreement is terminated?

According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Loyalty Program Terms of Use automatically terminate when the Branding Agreement between Camp Margaritaville and the customer is terminated.

Similarly, the CRS (Central Reservation System) Terms of Use also automatically terminate upon any termination of the Branding Agreement. However, if the CRS Supplier Agreement terminates for any reason, Camp Margaritaville has the option to terminate the CRS Terms of Use with either 60 days prior written notice or the termination period provided under the CRS Supplier Agreement, whichever is shorter, but not less than 30 days. Camp Margaritaville will provide written notice if they give or receive a termination notice for the CRS Supplier Agreement, and no termination fee will be owed by the customer if the CRS Terms of Use are terminated under these conditions.

Furthermore, the general Terms of Use shall automatically terminate upon any termination of the Branding Agreement. However, if the Master Agreement between Margaritaville and the Services Provider terminates for any reason, Margaritaville has the option to terminate these Terms of Use with either 60 days prior written notice or the termination period provided under the Master Agreement, whichever is shorter, but not less than 30 days. Margaritaville will provide prompt written notice if they give or receive a termination notice for the Master Agreement, and no termination fee will be owed by the customer if these Terms of Use are terminated as described.
