ile you will be responsible for any other costs relating to the task force, including costs related to personnel from existing Camp Margaritaville Resorts or other Margaritaville-branded venues. The task force takes place on dates and times mutually agreed upon by you and us. The task force training typically lasts between 10 to 14 days, although we may (at our option) conduct this training on more than one visit. There is no fee for the training by the task force, but you will cover the expenses for our personnel to provide the training. Further, if you are not able to demonstrate compliance with our System Standards, as determined in our sole discretion, after 14 days of training at your Resort, then our trainers may stay longer until you are able to demonstrate compliance with our System Standards, as determined in our sole discretion. In such event, you will be required to pay $500 per day per trainer for each additional day they remain until you become compliant with System Standards, in addition to the task force's additional expenses associated with their extended stay.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Camp Margaritaville Franchise Disclosure Document, the task force training focuses on ensuring that the franchisee and their personnel are well-versed in the brand's System Standards and are providing service that aligns with the Camp Margaritaville System. This on-the-job training is designed to take place approximately 30 days before the resort opens, typically lasting between 10 to 14 days. However, Camp Margaritaville retains the option to extend the training period if the franchisee is not demonstrating compliance with the System Standards.
The task force is comprised of personnel either directly employed by Camp Margaritaville or sourced from existing Camp Margaritaville Resorts or other Margaritaville-branded venues. While Camp Margaritaville covers the costs associated with their own personnel, the franchisee is responsible for all other costs related to the task force, including expenses for personnel from other Camp Margaritaville locations.
If, after the initial 14 days, the franchisee fails to meet the System Standards, Camp Margaritaville trainers may stay longer, with the franchisee incurring a daily fee of $500 per trainer, in addition to covering their expenses. This extended training continues until compliance is achieved, as determined by Camp Margaritaville. This provision underscores the importance Camp Margaritaville places on maintaining consistent standards across all franchise locations and ensures that franchisees are adequately prepared to meet those standards.
