What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of a Quality Assurance Audit, the franchisor, its representatives, or affiliates have the right to interview the management and staff of the Camp Margaritaville location. However, these interviews must not interfere with the performance of the duties of the management and staff. This is part of the franchisor's broader right to inspect the premises to ensure compliance with the Camp Margaritaville system standards.
Camp Margaritaville can conduct these Quality Assurance Audits during normal business hours and without prior notice. Besides interviewing staff, these audits may include inspecting all public and non-public areas of the Resort (excluding occupied Overnight Accommodations) and inspecting records to ensure compliance with the System Standards.
These measures are in place to maintain the quality and consistency of the Camp Margaritaville brand across all locations. Franchisees should be prepared to accommodate these audits and ensure their staff is available for interviews, understanding that these interviews should not disrupt their work.
