What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee becomes liable for all fees and charges for the Central Reservation System (CRS) services once Camp Margaritaville or its CRS supplier activates the franchisee's account at their property. These fees are detailed in Attachment A of the CRS Terms of Use and are payable in U.S. dollars. This includes one-time set-up fees or other nonrecurring charges that are invoiced after the initial implementation of the CR System at the properties.
Camp Margaritaville may increase the pricing for all costs by up to 5% on an annual basis. Franchisees will receive an updated schedule of fees each year. Properties can be added to the CRS Terms of Use through addendums, with application set-up fees due upon invoicing after implementation.
It is important for prospective Camp Margaritaville franchisees to carefully review Attachment A of the CRS Terms of Use to understand the specific fees and charges they will be responsible for. Franchisees should also factor in the potential for annual fee increases when budgeting for their franchise. Understanding these costs upfront will help franchisees manage their finances and ensure they can meet their financial obligations to Camp Margaritaville.
