What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Agreement is included as Exhibit E to the disclosure document. This agreement likely outlines the terms and conditions for the technology systems, software, and platforms that Camp Margaritaville franchisees are required to use in their resorts.
As stated in Item 1, these technologies include the Camp Margaritaville Resorts content management system (CMS), the Property Management System (PMS), customer relationship management system (CRM), point of sale system (POS System), employee performance platform (EPP), financial reporting software and music and video distribution systems.
Item 23, Section 4.10 states that Camp Margaritaville will negotiate agreements with specific technology providers on behalf of current and future franchisees. Camp Margaritaville may require franchisees to procure technology from specific or approved providers and amend the Technology Agreement accordingly. Franchisees must obtain prior approval for any technology platform or system not included in the System Standards.
