What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the FBR (Food, Beverage, and Retail) Rider is included as Exhibit C-1. This rider pertains to the operation of Margaritaville-branded restaurants, bars, and retail stores within the Camp Margaritaville Resort.
The FBR Rider grants franchisees the opportunity to operate these branded units within their resort, subject to certain conditions. These conditions include adhering to specified menu items (the "Core Menu") for a percentage of food offerings, and selling Margaritaville-branded merchandise in retail stores. The document specifies that the Core Menu currently makes up approximately 80% of food offerings.
It's important to note that the ability to grant FBR Units may be limited by pre-existing agreements.
