What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Rider may be added to the Franchise Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Franchise Agreement and the Rider, the Rider will control.

This means that any specific modifications, additions, or exceptions outlined in the Rider take precedence over the original terms of the Franchise Agreement. As a prospective franchisee, it is crucial to carefully review any Riders attached to the Franchise Agreement to fully understand your rights and obligations.

Franchise agreements are complex legal documents, and Riders are often used to tailor the agreement to specific circumstances, such as the location of the franchise or the specific type of business being operated. It is important to pay close attention to any Riders and how they might change the terms of the original agreement.

Prospective Camp Margaritaville franchisees should seek legal counsel to review both the Franchise Agreement and any associated Riders to fully understand the contractual obligations and potential implications for their investment.
