None of the fees listed in this Item 7 are refundable. The costs in this chart describe the estimated initial investment for a Resort with 150 pads/keys, FBR Units, meeting space, and pool/water park amenities according to our Design Standards and Camp Margaritaville System. The estimates apply to Camp Margaritaville Resorts with and without a Lodge.
