What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor has the sole discretion to determine if a franchisee's Quality Assurance Audit is unsatisfactory. If Camp Margaritaville determines the audit results are not satisfactory, the franchisee may be required to participate in a Guest Satisfaction Improvement Program.

The Guest Satisfaction Improvement Program is a nine-month program that includes additional training on System Standards, in-person meetings and webinars, and audits. This program takes place primarily at the franchisee's resort but may also include travel to other similar properties for benchmarking purposes.

Franchisees should be aware that failure to meet the required standards in a Quality Assurance Audit can lead to additional audits, for which the franchisee will be charged a $5,000 fee for each additional audit until compliance is achieved. This fee can be changed or increased by Camp Margaritaville at its sole discretion. Furthermore, the franchisor can institute other quality control measures as it deems appropriate, based on commercially reasonable criteria.
