What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Camp Margaritaville Franchise Disclosure Document, the customer (franchisee) is responsible for local and long-distance phone fees. Camp Margaritaville will bill the customer separately for all local and long-distance fees that are billed to Camp Margaritaville for the customer's phone lines, if applicable.
Camp Margaritaville will also provide a billing report to the customer showing information for the property, including the total number of callers, the total number of overnight accommodation reservations made, the total number of cancellations, the average time required to answer calls, the number of abandoned calls, and the average length of calls. Additionally, Camp Margaritaville will provide or make available to the customer online access for the purpose of monitoring utilization of the Call Center Services and phone lines, and use of the CR System.
This arrangement means that as a Camp Margaritaville franchisee, you will need to budget for these phone line costs and monitor usage to manage expenses. The billing report and online access provided by Camp Margaritaville are valuable tools for tracking call center performance and identifying any potential inefficiencies or areas for improvement. It is important to understand that these fees are in addition to any other fees associated with the Call Center Services as required pursuant to Attachment A of the CRS Terms of Use.
