What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Camp Margaritaville FDD, a customer is explicitly prohibited from allowing the Platform to be used by any property or facility other than the specific property or properties for which they are authorized. The FDD emphasizes that the Platform and related software are intended for the exclusive use of the designated Camp Margaritaville property.

This restriction ensures that the Camp Margaritaville's resources and services are not shared or extended to unauthorized locations, maintaining the integrity and exclusivity of the brand. It also prevents potential misuse or unauthorized access to the Platform's features and data. The customer also cannot modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or Platform, or use the Services or the Platform for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party other than the Property(/ies) as contemplated by these Terms of Use.

This provision protects Camp Margaritaville's intellectual property and business model by limiting the use of its Platform to authorized properties only. A franchisee must adhere to this restriction to remain in compliance with the terms of use and avoid potential penalties or termination of their agreement.
