What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Camp Margaritaville's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the CRS (Central Reservation System) Terms of Use are governed by the terms of the Technology Agreement. Specifically, the CRS Terms of Use are attached to the Technology Agreement.
Furthermore, the Franchisee must adopt the CRS as per the CRS Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference into the Technology Agreement. This adoption includes the franchisee's responsibility for a one-time set-up fee and ongoing fees. These recurring charges are based on the channel type and the number of pads/cabins. The franchisee is also required to maintain a PMS (Property Management System) subscription.
Camp Margaritaville retains the right to modify or change the CRS at its discretion, providing the franchisee with 60 days' notice. However, the franchisee is solely responsible for managing inventory, including rates, availability, and restrictions within the system.
