Section 6.08 Payments and Statements. The Royalty and Marketing Fee shall be due and payable in monthly installments within 30 days following the end of each calendar month of the Term. All payments shall be delivered to Franchisor via ACH transfer in accordance with the wire transfer instructions provided by Franchisor to Franchisee, and accompanied by an accounting statement showing a detailed computation of the amounts paid.
