What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Camp Margaritaville does not make any representations regarding the sales, profits, or cash flows of existing locations. The FDD stipulates that any information a prospective franchisee obtains from current Camp Margaritaville Resort owners is not endorsed or validated by the franchisor. Therefore, Camp Margaritaville does not take responsibility for the accuracy of any financial performance data shared between franchisees.

This disclaimer is a standard practice in franchising. It ensures that Camp Margaritaville is not held liable for financial projections or claims made outside of the official FDD. Prospective franchisees should be cautious about relying solely on information from other franchisees and should conduct their own independent financial analysis.

It is important for potential Camp Margaritaville franchisees to understand that the success of a resort depends on various factors, including location, management, and adherence to the Camp Margaritaville system standards. The franchisor's approval of a site does not guarantee profitability. Franchisees must commit to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining system standards to retain customers and achieve financial success.
