What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group may subsidize marketing costs for local events, seminars, and awards banquets in a franchisee's territory if the events are specifically planned to expand local C12 Group membership. The subsidy applies to pre-approved turnkey C12 Direct Mail Campaigns.
The subsidy rate is based on the franchisee's monthly royalty fee percentage against total billings. To receive the subsidy, a franchisee must apply and receive approval from C12 Group.
This arrangement allows C12 Group to share the financial burden of marketing efforts with franchisees, aligning incentives to grow the C12 Group network. However, the subsidy is not guaranteed, as it is subject to C12 Group's approval, and it is specifically tied to events focused on membership expansion.
