- Once Franchisee attains the level of activity which includes two (2) CEO Forums of ten (10) or more members, Franchisee may seek Franchisor's permission to add Associate Chair(s) who will operate CEO Forums within the Territory under Franchisee's Franchised Business. Franchisor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to approve of Franchisee's proposed Area Chairs. Franchisee's proposed Area Chairs must successfully complete Franchisor's New Chair Training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can seek permission to add Associate Chairs to their C12 Group franchise under a specific condition. The franchisee must first attain a level of activity that includes operating two CEO Forums, each with ten or more members.
Once this level of activity is reached, the franchisee may then request permission from C12 Group to add Associate Chairs. These Associate Chairs would then operate CEO Forums within the franchisee's territory under the franchisee's franchised business. However, C12 Group retains the sole discretion to approve or disapprove the franchisee's proposed Associate Chairs.
Furthermore, any proposed Associate Chairs must successfully complete C12 Group's New Chair Training program. This requirement ensures that all individuals operating as chairs within the C12 Group system meet the standards and training requirements set by the franchisor.
