Following New Chair Training, Franchisee must participate in Franchisor's monthly conference calls/webinars and Semi-Annual Chair Training.
Franchisee may only miss attending any of these meetings with Franchisor's prior written approval, which will not relieve Franchisee from its responsibility to pay the applicable attendance fee(s).
