What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 C12 Group FDD, prior to attending Training Week, a franchisee must pay the Training and Technology Fee to C12 Group. After the franchisee pays this fee, C12 Group will send the C12 Group Area Chair Training Kit, which includes the training curriculum, business plan documents, reading and reference materials, and other C12 branded items.

This fee is separate from other fees detailed in the FDD, such as the initial non-refundable territory fee of $20,000 to $25,000, the prepaid marketing deposit of $10,000, continuing fees based upon a percentage of monthly member billings ranging from 12% to 30% or 17.5% to 30%, and a new member registration fee ranging from $250 to $500.

Prospective franchisees should confirm the exact amount of the Training and Technology Fee, what it covers, and whether it is refundable under any circumstances. Understanding the full scope of this fee is essential for budgeting and financial planning before entering into a franchise agreement with C12 Group.
