What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee reaches a level of activity that includes two CEO Forums of at least ten members each, the franchisee may seek permission from C12 Group to add Associate Chairs. C12 Group retains the right to approve these proposed Area Chairs at its sole discretion.
Specifically, the FDD states that any proposed Area Chairs must successfully complete C12 Group's New Chair Training. This training is essential to ensure that all Area Chairs are well-equipped to operate CEO Forums within the franchisee's territory, maintaining consistency and quality across the C12 Group system.
This requirement ensures that all individuals representing C12 Group, even those working under a franchisee, meet the brand's standards and are capable of delivering the expected level of service and expertise. For a franchisee, this means that any potential Associate Chairs must be prepared to undergo the New Chair Training, and the franchisee should factor in the time and potential costs associated with this training when considering adding Associate Chairs to their business.
