What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, there are no advertising or marketing cooperatives among C12 Group franchisees. However, C12 Group does maintain a marketing co-op where they will pay a share of the franchisee's C12 Group marketing expenses at a rate equal to the franchisee's monthly royalty fee percentage. This co-op is between the franchisee and C12 Group, not between franchisees.

These marketing expenses must be specifically approved and administered by C12 Group, including C12 Group Direct Mail Campaigns and C12 Group endorsed lead lists. To receive payment, franchisees must submit a C12 Group Marketing Co-op Request Form with the appropriate documentation for C12 Group to review and approve.

Beyond this co-op arrangement, C12 Group also provides franchisees with standardized marketing elements at no cost and offers sample formats and artwork to assist with local advertising efforts. While franchisees can customize their marketing, these activities must comply with C12 Group brand standards and receive approval before going live. Franchisees are also required to spend an initial $10,000 on prepaid marketing.
