What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group may modify the System Standards at any time and at their sole discretion. Franchisees are required to take all necessary steps to comply with these changes. This includes using C12 agendas, facilitation standards, materials, segments, forms, logos, websites, and formats, and strictly following the C12 Brand Standards Guide for paper and colors as directed without any deviation or substitution unless approved in writing by C12 Group.

Franchisees must also adhere to C12 Group's basic business model and its various standard processes, due dates, and payments, as they may be revised from time to time in C12 Group's sole discretion. This means that C12 Group has the right to change operational procedures, payment schedules, and other business practices, and franchisees are obligated to implement these changes.

This flexibility allows C12 Group to adapt to market changes and maintain brand consistency across all franchises. However, it also places a responsibility on franchisees to stay informed about any modifications and to quickly implement them, which may require additional training, resources, or adjustments to their business operations. Prospective franchisees should consider the potential costs and efforts associated with adapting to these changes when evaluating the franchise opportunity.
