When will the C12 Group supply the initial start-up materials to the franchisee?

According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor will provide the franchisee with initial start-up materials before the franchisee begins operations. These materials are designed to assist in prospect development and meeting facilitation. The start-up kit includes guest binders, access to the C12 App and website-based resources, and marketing/promotional materials.

In addition to the initial start-up materials, C12 Group also provides an annual credit of $500 for franchisees to purchase C12 promotional materials from the franchisor's online store. This ongoing support helps franchisees maintain consistent branding and access necessary resources for their operations.

Furthermore, before the franchisee commences operation, C12 Group will collaborate with the franchisee to plan an initial C12 introductory event. An experienced C12 leader will travel to the franchisee's territory at no cost to the franchisee to present a C12 overview and introductory materials to local prospects, as well as answer questions. The franchisee is responsible for the cost of hosting the event, such as a breakfast or luncheon. C12 Group will also provide a turnkey direct mail or email campaign to help generate prospects for this initial meeting, funded by the franchisee's Prepaid Marketing Fund.
