What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, the C12 Group will send the Area Chair Training Kit to the franchisee prior to attending Training Week and upon the franchisee's payment of the Training and Technology Fee. The Area Chair Training Kit consists of the training curriculum, business plan documents, reading and reference materials, and other C12 branded items.
This means that a prospective C12 Group franchisee will receive the training kit materials necessary for the training program once they have paid the required Training and Technology Fee. This kit is designed to prepare the franchisee for Training Week, which is an important part of the initial training process. The kit includes essential resources like the training curriculum and business plan documents, which are crucial for understanding the C12 Group's business model and how to operate the franchise effectively.
It is important for prospective franchisees to ensure they understand the contents of the training kit and are prepared for Training Week. Since the kit is sent only after the Training and Technology Fee is paid, franchisees should budget accordingly and make sure they have allocated funds for this expense. Additionally, franchisees should familiarize themselves with the materials in the kit as soon as possible to maximize their learning and preparation for the subsequent training sessions.
