What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, the C12 Group will send the Area Chair Training Kit to the franchisee prior to attending Training Week and upon the franchisee's payment of the Training and Technology Fee. The Area Chair Training Kit consists of the training curriculum, business plan documents, reading and reference materials, and other C12 branded items.
This means that a prospective C12 Group franchisee will receive the training kit once they have paid the required Training and Technology Fee and before they attend the in-person Training Week at the company headquarters. The kit is designed to prepare the franchisee for the training program and to provide them with the necessary materials to start their C12 Group franchise.
It is important for prospective franchisees to ensure they understand what the Training and Technology Fee covers and when it is due. They should also confirm the contents of the Area Chair Training Kit to ensure it meets their expectations and provides adequate preparation for the training program. Understanding the timing of when the kit is received allows the franchisee ample time to review the materials before the Training Week.
