What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the selection process for prospective franchisees includes visitation of an existing C12 Group meeting. This is part of a seven-step process that C12 Group uses to evaluate potential franchisees.
The seven-step selection process includes initial inquiries, conversations and evaluations, application submittal and review, visitation of an existing C12 meeting, assessments, due diligence, exchange of disclosure documents and draft agreements, in-person meeting(s) with C12 leader(s), Board interviews, and final evaluation and examination prior to the New Chair Training. This visitation allows potential franchisees to observe a real C12 Group meeting in action, providing insight into the group dynamics, meeting structure, and overall experience.
In addition to observing a meeting during the selection process, prospective C12 Group franchisees will also participate in an actual CEO Forum visitation and audit during their one-week on-site Training Week at the C12 Group home office. This provides further exposure to the C12 Group meeting environment and allows for a more in-depth understanding of how the forums operate.
