What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group's selection process for new franchisees does include reference checks. Specifically, C12 Group engages prospective franchisees in a seven-step selection process.
As part of this process, C12 Group conducts due diligence, which includes reference checks, credit checks, and criminal background checks. This is part of a comprehensive evaluation before a potential franchisee is admitted into the New Chair Training program.
This multi-faceted approach to franchisee selection suggests that C12 Group is highly selective and aims to ensure that new franchisees meet certain standards of character and financial stability. This is beneficial for the brand as a whole, as it helps maintain the quality and reputation of the C12 Group network.
