What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, C12 Group's franchisee selection process involves a seven-step procedure. This process includes initial inquiries, conversations and evaluations, application submittal and review, visitation of an existing C12 meeting, assessments, due diligence, exchange of disclosure documents and draft agreements, in-person meeting(s) with C12 leader(s), Board interviews, and final evaluation and examination prior to the New Chair Training.
As part of the assessment phase, C12 Group may use tools such as an online Leading Dimensions Profile. The FDD specifies that assessments are included in the selection process and provides the Leading Dimensions Profile as an example.
Prospective franchisees should be prepared to participate in these assessments as part of their application. These evaluations likely help C12 Group determine if the candidate possesses the qualities and characteristics needed to successfully operate a C12 Group franchise.
