What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Sales Training Series is a mandatory program for franchisees. It includes one-hour telephone coaching sessions conducted weekly for 13 weeks. This series runs concurrently with a four-week guided self-study program, indicating that the training is designed to be both intensive and continuous during the initial phase of the franchise operation.
This training is significant for new C12 Group franchisees as it provides structured support and guidance during their initial establishment period. The combination of weekly coaching sessions and self-study suggests a blended learning approach, allowing franchisees to learn at their own pace while receiving regular expert input. This approach ensures franchisees are well-prepared to implement C12 Group's business model and meet the required system standards.
The Sales Training Series, in conjunction with the Area Chair Training Kit, New Chair Supply Kit, and introductory meeting support, highlights C12 Group's commitment to providing comprehensive initial training and resources. Prospective franchisees should consider the time commitment required for the 13 weeks of coaching sessions and the four weeks of self-study when evaluating the overall investment and operational demands of the franchise.
