What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay all fees due to C12 Group by the fifth (5th) day of each month. These payments can be made via ACH, check, or credit card, with the franchisee responsible for any transaction and processing fees associated with credit card payments.

Franchisees are also required to submit a monthly Area Chair Activity and Payment Report to C12 Group by the fifth (5th) business day of each month, detailing the previous month's activities. Failure to submit this report on time will result in a late fee of $100. Additionally, any unpaid royalty fees that are past due for more than thirty (30) days will incur a monthly compounded interest rate of 1.5%, or the maximum interest rate allowed by law, with late fees and interest to be paid alongside the royalty fees.

C12 Group retains the right to modify the due dates and methods of payment for all fees under the agreement. This means that while the current policy requires payment by the 5th of the month, C12 Group could change this in the future. Franchisees should stay informed of any such changes to ensure timely payments and avoid late fees or interest charges.
