C12_Group Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
If the franchisee is an individual, the terms "franchisee" and "Principal Chair" as used in this FDD both refer to such franchisee. If the franchisee is an entity, the term "Principal Chair" means the person owning the largest percentage of voting equity in such franchisee entity, or the agent designated by the entity to be the responsible party(ies) operationally to the Franchisor. An "Associate Chair" is a person who is not a franchisee but who has been selected by both C12 and the franchisee to perform many of the same functions such as building and facilitating Business Forums within the Principal Chair's franchise area. An "Area Chair" is either a "Principal Chair" or an "Associate Chair."

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the role of 'Principal Chair' is central to the franchise operation. If the franchisee is an individual, the terms "franchisee" and "Principal Chair" both refer to that individual. If the franchisee is an entity, the Principal Chair is the person owning the largest percentage of voting equity or the agent designated by the entity to be the responsible party operationally to the Franchisor. Principal Chairs operate Business Forums themselves and may hire Associate Chairs to operate additional forums within their territory.
C12 Group franchisees, also known as Principal Chairs, conduct an executive development program tailored for Christian business owners, CEOs, presidents, and their key staff. This involves facilitating monthly Business Forum meetings, providing monthly one-on-one consultations, hosting seminars, and offering customized business and ministry-oriented materials. The aim is to enhance the lives and performance of their local members.
In essence, the Principal Chair is the primary franchisee responsible for delivering C12 Group's services, building and managing Business Forums, and ensuring the program's quality and impact within their designated territory. They have the option to expand their reach by hiring Associate Chairs to assist in operating additional Business Forums.
