What is the role of the Chair Advisory Council in C12 Group's dispute resolution process?

According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Chair Advisory Council plays a role in the dispute resolution process. Any franchisee can appeal through their Regional Representative to bring concerns or disputes to the Chair Advisory Council. This council includes a delegate from C12 Group's Board of Directors, as well as C12 Group's Officers.

This council serves as an initial point of contact for franchisees who have unresolved issues, offering a platform to voice concerns and seek resolution before escalating the matter further. The council's composition, including board members and officers, suggests that it is intended to provide a balanced perspective, considering both the franchisee's and the franchisor's interests.

If the Chair Advisory Council is unable to resolve the dispute, the franchisee or C12 Group can bring the dispute to a panel of three of C12's Board Members, whom You will mutually select, that are not members of the Franchisor's senior staff. If that is unsuccessful, the franchisee can request binding Christian arbitration.
