Monthly Business Forum Meetings are to utilize C12's prescribed monthly agenda, curriculum, mixedmedia format, and facilitation notes and forms which are supplied at no additional cost either in hard copy
or downloadable format from a web platform supplied by C12. You may supplement these materials with others of your own choosing and utilize helpful resources to enrich your members' overall C12 experience (e.g., lunchtime videos or handouts) in a manner which does not modify the intended standard C12 meeting flow and process. If the C12 Business Forum meeting agenda should change, C12 home office will let you know in written communication prior to the delivery of the following month's material.
All meetings are to be facilitated in compliance with the Field Operations Manual and the Brand Standards Guide provided during initial and subsequent training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are permitted to supplement the provided meeting materials under certain conditions. C12 Group supplies a prescribed monthly agenda, curriculum, mixed-media format, and facilitation notes and forms at no additional cost, either in hard copy or downloadable format. Franchisees can enrich their members' experience by adding materials such as lunchtime videos or handouts.
However, these supplemental materials must not alter the intended standard C12 Group meeting flow and process. C12 Group will notify franchisees in writing if the Business Forum meeting agenda changes before the following month's materials are delivered. All meetings must be facilitated in compliance with the Field Operations Manual and the Brand Standards Guide, which are provided during initial and subsequent training.
C12 Group estimates that they supply at least 90% of all materials and supplies required to facilitate an effective monthly Business Forum meeting and conduct monthly one-on-one consultation sessions with each member at no additional cost to the franchisee. Optional items are sold at a cost intended to merely offset C12 Group's costs. This ensures that while franchisees have some flexibility to customize the member experience, they must adhere to C12 Group's standards and processes.
