What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to establish fixed meeting dates and locations for their C12 meetings. These dates and locations must be consistent, such as the third Tuesday of each month from 9 AM to 4 PM at a specific location like Lord's Country Club.
In addition to setting fixed dates and locations for the main CEO Forum meetings, C12 Group franchisees must also establish standard C12 service delivery approaches. This includes scheduling monthly 60-90 minute one-on-one meetings, referred to as Focus60, with C12 members between the monthly CEO Forum meetings. These one-on-one sessions are a key component of the C12 Group's service model, providing personalized attention and guidance to members.
Furthermore, the FDD states that franchisees must maintain current information on the C12 Group website regarding their local group meeting locations and times. This ensures that members and prospective members can easily access accurate details about meeting schedules and locations. Franchisees must also provide every C12 member with the opportunity to participate in any global C12 web functionality, such as searching for other members or using benchmarking tools.
