What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must strictly adhere to the C12 Brand Standards Guide for paper and colors as directed. Deviation or substitution is not permitted unless approved in writing by C12 Group in advance. This requirement ensures brand consistency and uniformity across all C12 Group franchises.
This means a prospective franchisee cannot alter any of the brand's visual elements, such as logos, color schemes, or marketing materials, without first obtaining explicit written consent from C12 Group. This level of control is typical in franchising, where maintaining a consistent brand image is crucial for customer recognition and trust.
For a potential C12 Group franchisee, this stipulation highlights the importance of following established guidelines and seeking permission for any desired changes. Failing to comply with these brand standards could result in penalties or other enforcement actions from C12 Group. Therefore, franchisees should be prepared to work within the defined framework and communicate proactively with the franchisor regarding any proposed modifications.
