What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must get approval for all digital activities before they go live online. C12 Group provides franchisees with a localized C12 website URL and a C12 email address to help them establish a unique web presence that aligns with C12's overall online presence.
These standardized digital elements, including the website URL and email address, are owned and hosted by C12 Group at no cost to the franchisee. If a franchisee wants additional customizations to their online presence, they can negotiate those changes, but they will be responsible for covering the costs.
The FDD specifies that all digital activities, including any customizations, must comply with C12 Group's brand standards. These standards are detailed in the Operations Manual, and franchisees are required to obtain approval before implementing any digital content or changes online. This ensures that all online activities associated with the C12 Group brand maintain a consistent and approved image.
