C12_Group Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Before Franchisee commences operation, Franchisor will work with Franchisee to co-plan an initial C12 introductory event, where an experienced C12 leader will travel to Franchisee's Territory at no cost to Franchisee to provide a C12 overview presentation and introductory C12 materials to Franchisee's local prospects and help Franchisee answer questions.

Franchisee will incur the cost of locally hosting the event (typically a breakfast or luncheon) which will be scheduled to coincide with the availability of one of Franchisor's leaders.

Franchisor will provide Franchisee with a turnkey C12 direct mail campaign and/or email campaign to assist in generating prospects for this initial meeting.

Moneys available from Franchisee's Prepaid Marketing Fund will directly fund this direct mail or email campaign.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 C12 Group Franchise Disclosure Document, the purpose of the turnkey direct mail campaign is to assist franchisees in generating prospects for their initial C12 introductory meeting. The C12 Group will provide franchisees with a turnkey C12 direct mail campaign and/or email campaign to help in this effort.

The FDD states that the C12 Group will work with the franchisee to co-plan an initial C12 introductory event. At this event, an experienced C12 leader will travel to the franchisee's territory at no cost to the franchisee to provide a C12 overview presentation and introductory C12 materials to the franchisee's local prospects and help the franchisee answer questions. The franchisee will be responsible for the cost of locally hosting the event, typically a breakfast or luncheon, which will be scheduled to coincide with the availability of one of the C12 Group's leaders.

The funds for the direct mail or email campaign will come directly from the franchisee's Prepaid Marketing Fund. This fund is specifically designated to support the franchisee's marketing and promotional activities within their territory, particularly those aimed at forming new C12 Forums. This is a common practice in franchising, where marketing funds are used to support local and national advertising efforts.

This initial support from the C12 Group can be beneficial for new franchisees as it provides a structured approach to generating leads and introducing the C12 concept to potential members in their territory. However, franchisees should be aware that the funds for this campaign are limited to the amount in their Prepaid Marketing Fund, and they are responsible for the costs associated with hosting the introductory event.
