What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, C12 Group maintains an advertising and publicity program to generate leads for franchisees. This program aims to drive potential leads through the C12 Group's website and home office, which are then shared with franchisees within their respective territories. This centralized approach to lead generation can be beneficial for franchisees, as it leverages the franchisor's resources and brand recognition to attract potential members.

In addition to the franchisor's program, C12 Group also provides franchisees with sample formats and artwork to support their local marketing and advertising efforts. These resources are accessible through the franchisor's online resources or dedicated outside contractors. This support can help franchisees create effective marketing campaigns that align with the C12 Group brand standards, while also catering to the specific needs and characteristics of their local market.

C12 Group also supports franchisees' marketing and promotional activities in their territories by reimbursing expenses from a Prepaid Marketing Fund. This fund is used for initiatives that directly promote the formation of new C12 Forums. Qualified expenditures for reimbursement include direct mail campaigns, procurement of lead lists, local advertising, banners, event sponsorships, and e-marketing. Franchisees must adhere to the C12 Brand Standards Guide in all advertising and marketing efforts. Expenses such as software, subscriptions, food, and membership dues are not eligible for reimbursement. This fund requires franchisees to submit receipts and documentation for reimbursement, ensuring that marketing efforts align with the franchisor's guidelines and objectives.
