According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group supplies initial start-up materials to aid in prospect development, member recruitment, and meeting facilitation. These materials include guest binders, forms, stationery supplies, website-based resources, and promotional materials.

Additionally, C12 Group will co-plan a C12 executive briefing event, where an experienced C12 leader will travel to the franchisee's territory to provide a C12 overview presentation to prospects and help address questions. C12 Group will also conduct a turnkey direct mail campaign to generate prospects for these initial meetings, having arranged for mailing lists, a contracted mail house, marketing materials, and options for letter format and style.

C12 Group also maintains C12 websites with downloadable resources. They also provide sample formats and artwork to assist with local advertising efforts, requiring franchisees to follow the C12 Brand Standards Guide if they conduct advertising. C12 Group may subsidize the marketing cost for events specifically planned to expand local C12 membership, such as pre-approved turnkey C12 Direct Mail Campaigns, at the rate of the franchisee's monthly royalty fee percentage against total billings, subject to application and C12 Group's approval.
