Unless otherwise noted, all fees are imposed by us, are payable to us, are non-refundable and subject to change. C12 does not provide any financing for any of the fees referenced in the immediately preceding table. In addition to the assumptions and descriptions contained in the footnotes to the immediately preceding table, C12 has estimated the fees in the table on the basis of its prior operation, since 1992, of businesses the same as or substantially similar to the business to be operated by the franchisee along with experience of actual franchisees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, C12 Group does not offer financing for any of the fees listed in the initial investment table. This means that prospective franchisees must secure funding through their own means, such as personal savings, loans, or other external financing options.
The fact that C12 Group does not provide financing places the onus on the franchisee to manage the financial burden of the initial investment. This is a fairly common practice in franchising, as many franchisors do not directly finance franchisee fees, instead relying on third-party lenders or the franchisee's own resources.
Prospective C12 Group franchisees should carefully consider their financial situation and explore all available funding options to ensure they have sufficient capital to cover the initial investment and ongoing operational costs. Understanding this aspect is crucial for anyone considering investing in a C12 Group franchise.
