Unless approved by Franchisor, Franchisee may not use any other website URL or name, except the one Franchisor agrees to and assigns to Franchisee upon granting Franchisee the Territory (see "Territory Name" on the Summary Page).

    1. Email. Franchisor will provide Franchisee with a localized C12 website URL that is descriptive of the Franchisee's Franchised Business and Territory (e.g. www.C12 Altlanta.com) and a C12 email address (e.g., Paul. Tarsus@C12forums.com) to help Franchisee establish a unique web face consistent with C12's overall online presence. These standardized elements are owned and hosted by Franchisor at no cost to Franchisee. Additional customizations can be negotiated at cost to Franchisee, and all related digital activities must be in compliance with C12 Brand Standards and approved prior to being live online as set forth in the Operations Manual.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to C12 Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally prohibited from using any website URL or name other than the one assigned by C12 Group, unless they receive prior approval from C12 Group. C12 Group will provide franchisees with a localized website URL that is descriptive of the franchisee's franchised business and territory. An example of this is www.C12 Atlanta.com. C12 Group also provides a C12 email address, such as Paul.Tarsus@C12forums.com. These standardized elements are owned and hosted by C12 Group at no cost to the franchisee.

This policy ensures that all C12 Group franchisees maintain a consistent brand presence online and adhere to C12 Group's brand standards. Franchisees can negotiate additional customizations to their website at their own cost, but all digital activities must comply with C12 Brand Standards and be approved before going live.

For a prospective franchisee, this means they must use the website URL provided by C12 Group unless they obtain specific approval for an alternative. This helps maintain uniformity across the C12 Group system and prevents franchisees from creating websites that might not align with the brand's image or standards. It is important for franchisees to communicate with C12 Group and seek approval for any desired website customizations to avoid violating the franchise agreement.
